If you are struggling to sign up people into your opportunity, let's look at how you can triple your results in your current company, by using a downline builder such as Infinity Downline.

Infinity Downline is not my primary opportunity but it can be a very effective feeder program.

If you have ever missed a signup because of a price objection, or if you have ever had a lack of prospects to call, or you have ever gone about calling the same person more than 5 times about your opportunity, you are not alone, but you will need to read on because a downline builder of some sort is definitely a need for you.

Now, I have made some observations about this program, which is a fairly new discovery for me, which you are going to want to know about if you have any fire left in your gut for creating something for yourself in this industry.

It is a fact that there are various ways, tools, systems out there which solve many of the super-frustrating issues faced by network marketers. And truthfully, in these times, if you are simply pitching one main primary opportunity which you are blindly locked onto and you have no willigness whatsoever to even look at anything which might actually help you break through the ceiling, it could be that you are just stubborn and you will continue to bang your head against that ceiling until you are so bruised that you cannot do it anymore.

After many years in the Network Marketing industry, and having sponsored over 4000 people personally, and seeing hundreds and hundreds of people quit needelessly because they just couldn't get over the hump in the beginning, and they could not generate enough profit early enough to survive, I had grown so sick and tired of seeing people fail, and drop off, that I had just washed my hands of the entire industry.

I thought that there just wasn't enough talented people who could actually do what was necessary to make it. I felt that it was hopeless to even bother sponsoring certain people, even though they wanted to do it, becuase I had gotten to the point where I could just tell that they wouldn't be able to cut it.

They all ran out of leads fairly quickly. They almost all stopped working at that point. They almost all come up with every excuse why they can't do it, and can't work, and why the company is "bad", and so on and so on.

I often felt that the only "downline builder" I had was me.

And so I left the industry and ended up doing 5 years of full-time volunteer work for my church.

And even after all that time away from the industry I still carried a mental cringe at the idea of firing up the machine again. There was just too big of a hole in the bucket.

I got sick and tired of working my tail off, sweating and pushing to recruit huge numbers of people only to have most of them drop off within the first few months. I got sick of watching people struggle and fail.

This is not fantasy. This is what happens. If you are new and you don't believe it, find someone in your company who has actually been doing it for several years and ask them for the truth.

Even the good ones, the ones that did eventually make money went through such a period of struggle and rejection and lack of leads, and showing their plan over and over and over again, with very slow results. This got to the point where it became this big secret that we had to keep from all the new prospects because we wanted them to join. The real good ones, when they recognize things aren't going their way will beging researching for answers and will end up coming across articles like this one in the hopes of finding a solution.

How are you going to create residual income when your people keep dropping off?

But this was all before the days of internet network marketing, back when every contact was personal and time-consuming.

Aside from the fact that there are many wonderful systems out there that you can plug into to help you generate leads, one of my favorite being MLM Lead System Pro, there are also a lot more opportunities out there today, and a lot of good ones.

This makes it much easier to pick something that is right for your personality.

I have met guys with what I would call, "non-conducive-to-marketing" personalites, who are just knocking the cover off the ball.

Yes, there are those who will continue to stick to the old ways of focusing on their warm market, just hoping that next weekend their brother with finally "get it" and sign up. And they will continue to spend all their money buying DVDs to hand out and renting hotel rooms for meetings and so forth. But the fact is that there are a lot of ways to get your business moving using the internet these days.

A downline builder, for example.

One of my favorite ways is the use of affiliate programs and downline builders.

Enter Infinity Downline.

I'm talking about a very low buy-in, with high value and high commissions programs that are affordable and valuable for nearly everyone.

This type of program could eliminate, or nearly eliminate the price objections to your $300 start up cost, for example. For say, $25, which is what it is to start with Infinity Downline, they can plug into a program that pays immediate commissions and which allows them to get some "wins" right away and to begin building their own downline before they have ever even plugged into you primary company.

This is known as "cutting the gradient".

Give them something very easy to do first. Let them succeed at the easy thing. Then after some skills and a small team have developed, flip them over to the more challenging and higher paying one.

You are asking them to do too much in the very beginning.

I wish I'd have come across something like that 11 or 12 years ago when I was hard-selling everyone I came into contact with in order to sign up a bunch of people, most of whom never did much of anything.

It was just to damn hard for them.

When I came across Infinity Downline I thought, "Man, this seems too easy". Then I realized that the reason why so many of these people were failing was because what they were doing just required more talent and skill than they could muster.

These skills take time to develop.

Also, it has a universal product line.

The initial investment is recovered in full immediately upon enrolling your first person. Yes. Immediately. Payments are immediate in Infinity Downline.

If you don't think that makes a difference to the new guy who is struggling, and who needs money, and who is just barely hanging on to this idea of running a business for himself for possibly the first time, well, then you just aren't paying attention to what is going on around you.

There are only a few such programs that I would recommend. And I have looked at a lot.

I try to pick some average person that I know and try to get the idea in my head, "Could they handle doing this?". If you think, "No way they could do that. It would be too hard for them.", then you may want to look at some of these other feeder type programs, the downline builders like Infinity Downline, which pays 100% of their revenue out in commission by the way. You just can't maximize and leverage any more than 100% payouts. Aside from the fact that the entire compensation plan can be explained fully with just one sentence. Easy to understand equals easy to sign up.

If you are new or having a hard time in this industry it would behoove you to use some of the tools that are out there to help you. Don't suffer along being your own downline builder when there are effective programs such as Infinity Downline.
